Affinity Executive Search Inc. was founded by Kathy Varlese, a dedicated professional who possesses over 13 years of experience in the executive search industry. Described by her clients as a passionate individual with integrity, a strong customer focus and results orientation; Kathy bears true entrepreneurial qualities, therefore agility, attention to detail and innovative thinking are reflected not only within the services of Affinity Executive Search Inc., but in everything that she does.
Having begun her search career at a grass roots level, Kathy progressed quickly and spent several years as a Senior Consultant with a large Toronto based executive search firm. Responsible for leading the executive search strategy, execution and client management process, Kathy gained expertise servicing a diverse group of clients throughout Canada within the consumer products, retail, food service, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
A proven generalist, Kathy brings deep knowledge and an expansive network of contacts within diverse functional areas at the manager level through to the senior executive tier. Kathy is a graduate from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour Management Relations and Sociology.
